Terms and Conditions
1. In case you are not completely satisfied with the material received you can
return it back to us in the condition we sent it to you.
NOTE: NO JEWELLERY WILL BE EXCHANGED OR THE MATERIAL COST REFUNDED, THE MANAGEMENT
OF Bombay Saree & Jewellers HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE JEWELLERY ITEMS SENT BACK.
2. In case you wish to return the material received, you can do the same for
the unused / unworn material WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECIEPT.
(the material should reach us not later than 14 days of receipt)
3. In case you wish to return the material received, you have to enclose a
COPY of the ORDER INVOICE and mark the items you wish to return.
4. You are entitled to a complete REFUND for the cost of the items purchased
(NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON POSTAGE AND PACKING)
5. In case of REFUND, the money shall be returned in the same manner that you
paid (e.g.: bank card / cheque) and shall be in favour of the individual who
made the payment. Please allow 10 working days after receipt of material to
send the money back to you.
6. In case you which to EXCHANGE the material we can do the same subject to
availability of material and payment of postage for sending the material again.
7. In case of DAMAGED/DEFECTED/MISSING items you have to inform the management
within 24 hours of receipt of the material.
8. You are entitled to a fully compensation after the confirmation of Point
No 7. In case of non-availability of the desired product you could go in for
any other item for the said value or get a refund.
